On-Site IT Support
02.1. Initial Hour – $200.00
On-site visit for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. Includes diagnostics, updates, security checks, and a clear explanation of issues found.
02.2. Additional Hours – $95.00/hour
Continued on-site work after the first hour for repairs, optimization, and follow-up tasks needed to stabilize and improve your systems.
Remote IT Support
03.1. Remote IT Support Initial Hour – $160.00
Secure remote support session for troubleshooting software, configuration, and performance issues without an on-site visit.
03.2. Additional Hours – $75.00/hour

Full health check of your computer to find hardware and software issues before any repair work. Includes a simple written summary of findings and recommended next steps.
04.2. Physical System Cleaning – $75.00 per system
Deep physical cleaning of your computer, including dust removal and internal inspection, to improve cooling, reduce noise, and extend hardware lifespan.

05.1. Network Setup & Management – $325.00 flat rate
Setup or reconfiguration of your network, including router, modem, Wi-Fi, and key devices. Focused on secure access, reliable coverage, and stable performance.
05.2. Printer Setup & Configuration – $160.00 per installation
Installation and configuration of printers (local or network), including drivers, sharing, and test prints to ensure everything works across your devices.
05.3. Secure VPN Setup – $35.00 per device
Configuration of secure VPN access on each device for encrypted remote connections to your home or office network.
Firmware Services
06.1. Firmware Upgrade – $40.00 per upgrade
Safe updating or reflashing of device firmware (routers, drives, etc.) to current stable versions to improve security and reliability.
Computer Assembly and Setup
07.1. PC Assembly – $350.00 per assembly
Custom PC build from your chosen parts. Includes assembly, cable management, BIOS setup, stress testing, and basic operating system check.
07.2. Server Build & Setup – $750.00 per setup
Custom server build and configuration. Includes hardware assembly, OS and basic services installation, performance checks, and security hardening at a baseline level.
Hardware Upgrade/Installation
08.1. CPU Upgrade/Installation – $125.00 per installation
Remove and install processors, apply thermal paste, update BIOS if needed, and test for stability and safe temperatures.
08.2. RAM Upgrade/Installation – $40.00 per installation
Install and test new memory, verify correct capacity and speed are detected, and run basic stability checks.
08.3. GPU Upgrade/Installation – $95.00 per installation
Install and secure graphics cards, connect power, update drivers, and run test benchmarks or stress tests.
08.4. Storage Device Installation – $125.00 per installation
Install HDDs, SSDs, or NVMe drives, initialize and format them, and configure them for storage, boot, or upgrade use as requested.
08.5. Power Supply Installation – $95.00 per installation
Replace or install power supplies, connect and route all required power cables, and verify system power-on and stability.
08.6. Motherboard Installation – $125.00 per installation
Install or replace motherboards, including mounting, standoffs, front-panel connections, and test boot with installed components.
08.7. Cooling System Installation – $150.00 per installation
Install air or liquid cooling systems, route cables/tubing, apply thermal compound, and test temperatures under load.

09.1. Peripheral Device Installation – $65.00 per installation
Setup of peripherals (monitors, webcams, external drives, etc.), including configuration and testing to ensure they work correctly with your system.
09.2. OS Installation/Reimage – $125.00 per installation
Clean install or reimage of operating systems, including driver installation, basic updates, and initial system configuration.
09.3. Virtual Machine Deployment – $125.00 per OS
Creation and configuration of virtual machines, including OS install and basic resource tuning for your use case.
09.4. Additional Software Installation – $65.00 per title
Installation and basic configuration of requested software titles (office suites, creative tools, utilities, etc.).
09.5. New System Setup – $190.00 per setup
Full setup of a new desktop or laptop, including OS updates, drivers, basic security settings, and installation of everyday applications.
Data Services
10.1. Drive Cloning – $190.00 per drive/device
Bit-for-bit cloning of drives for upgrades or migration. Includes verification that the new drive boots or mounts correctly where applicable.
10.2. Drive Backup – $190.00 per drive/device
Backup of data from a working drive to another drive or storage target, with a simple explanation of what was backed up and where.
10.3. Drive Recovery – $65.00 diagnostic fee; third-party pricing applies
Initial assessment of failed or damaged drives that are no longer accessible. If advanced recovery is required, we refer you to a specialized data recovery lab and their fees apply separately.
Security Services
11.1. Virus Removal – $125.00 flat rate per device
Scan and removal of common malware and unwanted software, followed by basic security hardening and update checks.
11.2. Data Destruction/Wipe – $65.00 per drive/device
Secure wiping of drives or devices so that data cannot be easily recovered, suitable for resale, recycling, or disposal.
Battery Services
12.1. Laptop/UPS Battery Replacement – $125.00 per replacement
Replacement of laptop or UPS batteries, including installation, basic firmware/BIOS checks where needed, and testing to confirm proper charging and operation.
