10.3. Drive Recovery – Drive Diagnostic Fee – Third Party Custom Pricing
A specialized service for drives that have failed and are no longer accessible through standard methods. In such cases, a third-party data recovery center will be recommended. Recovery cost is determined by the third party and client discretion is advised. A $50 diagnostic fee applies if a drive requires such intervention and does not cover the recovery cost to the third party.
